Ordering and shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada, with no minimum spend. We do not currently ship elsewhere.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel
leaves the warehouse. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if it has not shipped. Contact us as soon as you can and we will cancel and refund in full. Once a tracking number
has been issued, handle it as a return instead.

Returns

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, free returns and exchanges within the US and Canada. No restocking fee, and we provide the return label.

Can I return a bottle I have already sprayed?

Yes — that is the point of the policy. Fragrance has to be worn on skin to be judged, so a bottle you have tested is still returnable
within the 30 days, provided it is at least 90% full and you still have the original box.

How long does a refund take?

We process returns within 2 business days of arrival. After that, how quickly the money appears is set by your bank or card issuer —
usually 3 to 10 business days.

My bottle arrived damaged.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full,
whichever you prefer. You do not need to send a broken bottle back.

The fragrances

Are the bottles full size?

Yes. Every listing is a full retail bottle — mostly 100ml, with some 50ml, 60ml, 75ml, 80ml and 125ml presentations.
The exact size is on each product page. We do not sell decants, samples or refills.

How long does a fragrance last on skin?

Eau de cologne 2–5% oil · roughly 2–4 hours
Eau de toilette 5–15% oil · roughly 4–6 hours
Eau de parfum 15–20% oil · roughly 6–8 hours
Extrait de parfum 20–40% oil · roughly 8–12 hours

Almost everything we stock is eau de parfum. Moisturised skin holds fragrance noticeably longer than dry skin,
and a spray on fabric outlasts one on the wrist by days.

How do I choose without smelling it first?

Read the base notes rather than the top ones. The opening lasts 15–90 minutes; the base is what you and everyone around you
smell for the rest of the day, and it decides longevity. Every product page here lists top, heart and base notes separately, along with the
scent family and the season the fragrance suits. If it turns out wrong on your skin, you have 30 days to send it back for free.

What is the difference between eau de parfum and eau de toilette?

The percentage of fragrance oil. Eau de toilette is roughly 5–15% and lasts 4–6 hours; eau de parfum is roughly 15–20% and lasts 6–8,
and projects further.

How many sprays should I use?

Two to three indoors, up to four for outdoors or a long evening. Spray onto pulse points — neck, wrists, chest — and do not rub,
which crushes the top notes. Middle Eastern fragrances are built to project, so use fewer sprays than you would with a designer eau de toilette.
